What The Squid?

Yeah, all the Splatoon stuff has had be wanting to tap at Squid Girl for the first time in a while. Hell, actually been looking up her anime a good deal.

That said I haven't actually been playing Splatoon. The wireless router we've got doesn't work that well for Nintendo products and I don't think I could sit through three minutes of it without saying, "Eh. TF2 did it better." For that reason I haven't been as tempted to draw padded versions of the Inklings as... basically every other artist in this community. There's been a dry spell in art commissions if anyone wants to ask us for it.

But yeah, Squid Girl's great, love Takeru, here they both are. ^^ Not much else to this one.

Martin's Comments: And of course, it's also relevant in that they're patching in a Squid Girl outfit in August! Which will be awesome. Though admittedly, I don't actually play much Splatoon these days. Really only been playing it a couple hours every few days. Still, it is a lot of fun.
    
This one basically just happened as, "Hey, want to do something with Squid Girl?" and progressed from there. Was part of the stuff we did on Adam's birthday I believe; wasn't a huge haul there but we've been wanting to get back to it and do another private stream soon, get some new stuff ready to be posted.
    
In either case, go look at and . Little to no squids, but plenty of girls!
