"Who wants breakfast?" While tempted to serve it via her feet as she sometimes did back in the days with the circus, Ty Lee resisted the urge and as such had food all ready to dispense via hand.

"I'm kind of hungry..." Katara admitted first off, from where she sat in the grass nearby keeping watch on Aang and Azula, mostly so as to keep them from the fire. Afterward she turned to the two and asked, "Are you two ready to eat?"

"Uh-huh!"

Aang had been attempting to play with Azula, but after that turned out to be totally pointless, wound up snuggling with his best friend. Appa had kept quite close to the two infants for the whole day, possibly not trusting Aang to be left alone with a Fire Nation princess.

Once the Avatar leapt to his feet and began toddling happily to Katara though, he rose to his six feet and began gazing. Azula, for her part, began crawling on all fours toward Ty Lee, noting in a surprisingly wanting voice, "Uh-huh. Hungwy."

"Well, we can definitely take care of that!" Ty Lee cut Azula's crawl to the meal short, though, as she quickly flipped over to her before scooping the princess up and carrying her to where the food waited.

In the meantime, Katara decided to take Aang's hand rather than pick him up. In the process, she questioned, "Do you think you're going to need any help, Aang?"

"Uh..." Squeezing Katara's hand gently as they walked along, Aang only offerred a curious, "I 'unno." Deciding to test himself, the Airbender reached out and picked up an invisible cake in front of him, clumsily swinging his arm around and putting it to his mouth, "Uh-uh! I'll be okay!"

"That's good." Katara gave Aang's hand a little squeeze then, afterward saying, "If you need anything, though, don't hesitate to ask."

"Hm..." Food always sounded good. Still frowning as she was picked up, Azula announced to her friend, in a hushed voice, "Once I gets fed, I wansa go back an' see my Daddy, got it?"

"Yeah!" Not that Ty Lee had much room to comment on that, but it seemed to be more directed toward Azula on the same subject. As for what the heir to the throne of the Fire Nation said, though, that left her in a bit trickier of a situation. "That is really, really far from here. Shouldn't we stay and see if we can find Mei first, and make you and her grown-ups again, huh?"

"Mm... Dun' wan' daddy ta see me wike 'dis," mumbled out Azula shamefully. Shuddering, she grumpily replied, "Mei-Mei c'n..." Wait, no. Shaking her head angrily, Azula started again, "Mei c'n find 'er own way back 'dough, 'swong as we gots da Affatah."

"'Kay!" Giggled out Aang. Starting to wave the hand he was holding with Katara back and forth playfully, he asked, "'Den we go finds Sokka an' Tawph an' Zooko?"

Katara's answer came with a smile as she let her arm be swung back and forth, just in time for the two of them to reach where Azula and Ty Lee sat at the moment, "Hopefully..."

"Yeah!" With a look toward Azula then, Ty Lee quickly summed up for her, "And if we find them we might find Mei, so she won't have to find her way home! Isn't that nice?"

"Hmmm." Azula glowered at that, kicking her feet a little in the acrobat's lap. If they had to find Mei in league with everyone else, it meant they'd have less manpower to get the Avatar back. That bison was already too much for Ty Lee to take down. Hm...

Suddenly, the fact that her other henchman and her brother were together somewhere floated to the top of Azula's mind, "Ewww! Zu-Zu an' Mei betta not be makin' kissy face!"

"Kissy-f-- Ew!" All of a sudden Katara seemed rather grossed out by that idea, commenting with a slight shudder, "Yeah, that would be really gross..."

"Hehe, what's so gross about it, huh?"

"Um... I guess --"

Before Katara could say anything, Ty Lee quickly teased, "I betcha just think it's gross 'cause you're all little right now! Well don't worry, kissing is a lot of fun!"

"How would you know?!" Replied Azula angrily. Stupid Ty Lee got all the boys. Frowning, she soon gave an annoyed squirm, "Huwwy up an' gimme my bweakfass'!"

"Heee..." Aang couldn't help but think Katara's reaction was pretty funny and soon gave her leg a hug as they arrived at the campfire. He didn't really see what was so gross himself... "Zooko an' Mei-Mei do kissy-face?"

"Uh-huh..." Nodding disapprovingly, Azula added, "Affa Zu-Zu came home, 'dey was awways snuggwin' an' yucky stuff 'til I came an' made 'em stop."

"And they were always so cute, too!" Thinking back on it, Ty Lee soon giggled as she pondered, "I bet seeing them doing it right now would just make it even cuter, huh?"

"Not a lot cute about it..." Still, Aang's hug did help, and it led to Katara lifting the baby up and giving him a more proper one herself.

"Hehe, you all're just too little to understand - it's a really nice, friendly thing to do when you love somebody is all!"

"Pft. Dun be dumb," complained the little princess, glowering as ever. "Ya t'ink jus' cause you gets wotsa 'ttention fwom boys, you're all speshul? Kissin's gwoss, awways gonn' be."

"Nuh-uh. Heee..." All smiles as he got hugged by Katara, Aang soon asked Ty Lee, "She weawwy wikes her daddy, an' I bet he kisses her, wight?"

Well, probably not, but for the purpose of answering the question Ty Lee said, "Well, daddies don't quite kiss the same way as everybody else. It'd be gross if they did, ya know?"

"Ha! See, you think it's gross too!"

That response from Katara made things a little awkward. After a second, though, Ty Lee said, "Hehe, well, that's be gross cause it'd be your father, ya know? Well, nevermind, don't worry 'bout it." Mostly as this subject was quickly getting awkward.

"My daddy's diff'went," replied Azula grumpily. Attention from him wasn't like attention from anyone else. "Jus' dun wike Zu-Zu bein' kissy-face wif' Mei 'cause Mei is mine an' Zu-Zu's in sooo much twouble when Daddy gets 'em."

"Heee... Zu-Zu..." That was such a cute nick-name! Made him seem even friendlier... Smiling at the idea, Aang soon asked, "Hey, why're you so mean ta Zu-Zu anyway? You's nice ta Ty Wee an' Mei-Mei. Kin'a."

"Uh..." Not... really, but Ty Lee couldn't just say that. Instead, she decided to point out something else, "She can be nice to Zuko sometimes too! Isn't that right, Azula?"

"Huh..." Katara mulled that over for a second, until she admitted, "Must confess, it's a little hard picturing her being nice to anybody..."

"But if she wassn' nice ta Ty Wee an' Mei-Mei, 'dey wouldn't be fwiends wif' her, wight?" pointed out the bald-headed baby. His tummy let out a grumble, but he was too busy snuggling with Katara to care right away. "So she hasta be fwiendwy ta 'dem."

"Wight." ..... Yes. Suddenly looking for something to pick up the slack, Azula lightly elbowed Ty Lee's stomach with her flimsy little arms, "Ty Wee, say how nice I am."

"Yeah! Yeah...." Ty Lee thought about it for a moment, and then said, "Azula's real nice! Like that time we... went to Ember Island. We had a lot of fun there, huh?"

"Ember Island?"

Ty Lee quickly got lost on another subject, answering Katara's question with a fairly excited, "Uh huh! Got beaches and lots of houses... oh, and this theater that you just have to go to sometime - it's great!"

"Ooo, wike da cercus?" cooed out Aang excitedly. "Hehe... I wuv da cercus! Is it wi-"

"Pft." Frowning, Azula added, "Not da theetuh, 'dat pwace was dumb. My mommy took me an' Zu-Zu 'dere aww da time an' it was neva fun." A certain memory coming back to her mind had the princess giggling girlishly, though, "Hehehehe... Wiked da wast time we went, 'dough! We hadda camp fire, an' 'den we burned somebody's house down!"

"Yeah, that was fun!" Ty Lee nodded in agreement at that memory just as breakfast was finishing cooking.

Katara had to comment on that though, by way of a slightly sarcastic, "So that explains it..."

"'Splains what? Oh." After realizing what exactly Katara was referring to, Ty Lee waved dismissively as she cheerfully said, "We didn't hurt anybody, just things!"

"Still not nice ta do," replied Aang. "'Wess 'dey did some'fin' weal bad."

"'Dey did!" shouted Azula with a pout. Turning her gaze away angrily, she added, "'Da boy at da party didn't wike me."

"Uh..." Well, Aang could relate to how bad it felt when people didn't like you, but before the conversation could go on, his tummy let out an audible growl. Feeling it churn, he soon tugged on Katara's sleeve, informing her, "Bweakfass' weady yet?"

"Sure is!" Not Katara answering, but all the same it handled the point nicely. After making this announcement, though, Ty Lee turned to get a glimpse at Azula as she questioned, "You think you'll need any help feeding yourself, huh?"

"Heh." Katara paused to lower to the grass, lifting Aang up afterward and setting him back down in her lap before commenting, "You know even if she does need help she's going to insist she doesn't."

"Hmph." Azula glared at the Water-bender for a moment, sizing her up before warmly informing Ty Lee, "Y'know, t'ink I do need helps feedin' myself, but I wan' her ta do it." Pointing at Katara, she elaborated, "You're betta wif' babies 'den Ty Wee, wight? So since I'm widdler, you outta feed me an' wet her feed da Affatah."

"Nuh-uh." Aang apparently objected to that, but rather then argue the point of getting Katara all to himself, instead simply said, "I getta feed m'self. Katawa said so."

Katara reached to pick Aang up again then, but only so she could scoot over a bit. Once settled in closer to Azula, she set him down on her lap once again and then asked, "How's this? Aang, you can sit on my knee while I find something to put Azula on while I feed her."

"Hey, that works good!" Ty Lee was grinning as much as always, though she did have to ask afterward of Azula, "Ya sure you don't want me to do it, though? Just want ya to be sure!"

"Kay!" giggled out Aang, all too happy to be on Katara's lap. Now all he had to do was wait for breakfast.

Well, that was all he had to do, being a baby, but eager to help out any way he could, and not wanting the food cooked to burn, he at once took a deep inhale and blew out with more force than an infant's (or adult's for that matter's) lungs should ever be able to muster. It not only snuffed out the fire, but also managed to blow Ty Lee clear on her back, which got a cruel giggle out of Azula.

"Wow!" As Ty Lee pulled herself up off of the ground, smiling in a way not totally fitting the situation as she said, "You know, something like the circus could really use somebody like you!"

"Little young for that, don't you think?"

"Nah!" Ty Lee raised a hand a bit like she was picturing it on banners, as she exclaimed, "I bet people'd be rushin' out to see the Amazing Whirlwind Baby in action!"

"Ooo..." That did sound cool! Aang giggled and bounced himself on Katara's knee at the idea, "Hehe... 'Dat'd be so neat! Would I getta wide wotsa aneemuls at da cercus?"

While the idea has a lot of appeal to him, a second thought soon snuffed it out, "Mm... Wait, nuh-uh. I gonn' be busy bein' da Affatah, so I can't do it."

"Too bad." Grinning from her position, "Da cercus would wove fweaks wike you an' yer ugwy buff'wo."

"Hey, weave Appa awone!"

"Bet they would like you two, though!" As she got to dividing up the now-done food, Ty Lee commented, "And customers too! Who doesn't like rare animals, right?"

"Yeah..." Not that given where she hailed from Katara of course wasn't really someone who'd ever been privy to much in the way of large-scale cultural events. As Ty Lee got to handing her food for herself, Aang, and Azula though, she explained, "I remember once when we saw this thing called a 'bear'."

"Huh? Like what, like a monkey-bear?"

Aang shook his head, "Nuh-uh. Jus' a bear. Nuthin' else." As that sunk in, he didn't want people thinking Bosco was stupid, so he added, "His name was Bosco! He was weal cuddwy."

"Oh, yeah, 'dat ugwy t'ink in Ba Seesa." Not noticing her painfully obvious tripping over the name "Impenetrable City" she added, "I 'taught it was jus' born wong."

Of course, as the acrobat got to dividing up food, Azula soon got back to tugging on Katara's tunic, "I getsa dwink too, right?"

"Oh, yeah, of course." Though Katara wasn't really sure how to address that... After looking around for a bit, though, she had to admit, "Though we don't really have anything for that..."

"I know!" Ty Lee grinned as she got to introducing her idea, "Maybe you can try and waterbedn into their mouths or something!"

"Uh.... No." Katara quickly explained that by saying, "That's kinda time-consuming. And it'd probably drown them..."

Actually, that sounded cool. All smiles now, Aang added, "Nuh-uh, you c'n do it, Katawa! You's a weal good wata-benda. See?"

Not waiting for a response, Aang slid off the little girl's knee and entered a clumsy water-bending stance, motioning toward the two large buckets of water hauled form the local lake. With a determined look, the little Avatar pulled his hands up, managing to awkwardly flow the water out of its containers and over toward him, pulling it over his head, while letting a tiny bit fly into his mouth.

Maybe giving new meaning to "playing with your food" he did manage to get a drink that way, even if he did so while coughing, laughing, sputtering, and falling to the ground. Of course, doing that left nothing to hold up the remainder of the water, which hit the ground, splashing droplets on the girls.

"A-Aang!" Katara's expression wasn't so much out of annoyance, more a mix of surprise and concern. As she ran over to scoop the little Avatar up, though, she did have to stop to giggle for a moment.

Of course, Ty Lee was doing plenty of that herself. With a grin ignoring her own wet condition at the moment, the gymnast asked Azula, "Hehe, you didn't get too soggy, didja?"

"Nuh-uh, I was in da peasunt's wap," replied Azula grumpily. She did get a bit of water on her, but it wasn't enough to get through her diaper. Still, seeing the Avatar get a drink with such ease made she demanded, "Weast wansa cup, dough!"

"Heee..." Aang was giggling up a storm himself, especially when Katara picked him up and gave him something to snuggle. Doing so at once, he soon asked, "Ya neva did 'dat as a baby, Katawa? I pwayed wif' my food aww da time!"

"Well..." A little hesitation to admit this, but Katara eventually admitted, "I did a little. Could get things pretty wet."

"Hee, I bet!" Ty Lee piping in there, though afterward she redirected it to the subject Azula brought up by turning to the princess and explaining, "You can try a cup if you want, but you might get pretty wet too."

"Oh, dun worry 'bout 'dat," replied Azula dismissively. Maybe to show just exactly how much she wanted that cup, she gave a deep inhale, summoning up her courage. And then next moment cooed softly at her caretaker, batting large innocent ears and speaking in a childish whine, "I'm 'ferrshty. Pwease?"

"Hehe... Uh-huh, betcha spwashed Sokka wots, huh?" That image was actually pretty easy to get in the Avatar's bald head, which got him laughing all the more.

"Heh. Well..." Kotara grew a bit of a teasing grin as she said, "When it was Sokka, it usually wasn't accidentally."

"Hehehe..." That did sound pretty funny. Brothers and sisters seemed to do that. "Too bad ya didn't wearn ta do air-bendin'. Fwyin' whippy capes are super-fun!"

"Mm... Okay!"

Not like Ty Lee was usually one to argue too much over something (even if she did in fact have it in her to do so) and so after being asked nicely she had no problem jumping up and going to fetch it.

Which, given her natural speed, was something did within all of about five seconds before returning the drink with a, "Here ya go!"

"T'ank you!" cooed out Azula with a happy smile. As she was given her milk, she awkwardly held the glass with both hands, struggling to hold it steady and raise it properly to her lips.

Her eye only flitted to Katara for a moment before going back to the cup. And in a motion totally accidental, she lost her proper grip on the little item, leaving it to fly out of her tiny hands and into the Waterbender's direction. At once, Katara's crotch was splashed hard with (rather cold) milk.

"Woopsy," giggled out Azula.

Breakfast for Sokka and Toph had just finished cooking, and now it was time to eat. As things stood Mei had her usual disinterest well visible, though a closer look would note how her eyes kept darting back to the forest in between looking at the various members of the group.

Toph wouldn't be one to notice that, though, between her blindness and her current interest in eating. As she received her plate, though, she found herself sitting in confusion for a moment. After some thought, though, she admitted in a fairly casual manner, "Okay, I'm going to need some help with this."

"You didn't have any trouble last night," responded Zuko coldly, leaning against a tree-trunk. "Plus, I don't really think you're the type of person who'd care about getting messy."

"Yeah, the fact that she doesn't care what her clothes look like has something to do with that last part." Smiling, Sokka turned and patted the little Earthbender on the head, "You need a bib too, you think, little Tophy?"

That was met with giggles that last a noticeable few seconds, until Toph bit her lip and stopped dead with a rather annoyed, "No."

After that, though, she poked at her food for a second or two, then said, "But I'm really not sure how to eat this. Hey, maybe one of you can feed me!"

Mei was the first to address that, sighing as se said, "No. Unless this is interchangeable with changing you - if it is, sign me up."

"Oh, no. I'm keeping my turn in line as far away as I can!" Snatching the plate of food directly away from the Earthbender, the Water Tribesman demanded, "I'm gonna feed Toph. You two go.... I dunno, see if you can kiss each other without screaming about cooties the next second."

The unburnt majority of his face turning red at that jab, Zuko at once stood to his feet, growling out, "How about we go into town and see if anyone's heard about Aang or Azula. Maybe that'd be a much better way for us to spend our time then being insulted!"

"Agreed." Mei walked over to her kinda-sorta boyfriend then, taking his side as she said, "And the sooner we can meet up with the others, the better." It took quite a bit for Mei to feel that she'd rather be around Azula than somebody else, but Sokka was starting to get there.

Meanwhile, Toph did have something to point out to Sokka with a teasing smirk, "Ya know, Sokka, if they're heading off then if I poo-poo or pee-pee then you're going to be changing my diapie anyway."

"....."

Sokka at once turned melodramatically, reaching out to the Fire Nation children with a cry of, "WAIT! DON'T LEAVE ME!"

"Run!" Not waiting, and actually with a smile on his face, Zuko gripped Mei's hand and pulled her into the forest, moving as fast as he could.

After they got a safe enough distance away, the two children raised as upper-class members of the Fire Nation came to a stop by a nearby tree. And Mei for one looked oddly happy, in so much as she could. Which only really amounted to a small smirk, though afterward she did say, "That was fun."

"Yeah..." Wiping a bit of sweat from his brow, Zuko smiled himself. It felt so much funner to run in his younger form, panting in his breaths. "Heh. I think I'm enjoying leaving him back there way too much."

"Agreed." As she worked to catch her own breath, Mei was mostly silent. After she had managed that just enough, though, she changed the subject. Sort of. "Want to race?"

"Hm." Zuko turned, looking down at the village beneath him. Probably the largest village on this little island. Frowning, he admitted, "I'm not sure. It's pretty uneven on the way down and- GO!"

The exiled prince gave the girl a slight tap on the shoulder before taking off down the hill, easily rushing ahead.

That wasn't the sort of thing Mei was used to out of Zuko, but her reaction was also a slightly out-of-the-ordinary, "Cheater."

Not likely the boy heard it, but she would have to repeat her point when she caught up. For now, she just got to running as fast as her legs would take her.

As he pulled ahead, Zuko actually began to feel a little guilty about this. Cheating in such a blatant way was something Azula would usually do. Still smiling, he slowed to a walk about halfway there, letting the other girl approach him.

"So..." The boy wasn't quite humble enough to apologize outright, "Uhh... Anything you want to do in town when we look for the others?"

"Cheater."

With that repeated, Mei set to panting - she'd been running quick enough that she was pretty exhausted in short order. After a minute, though, she answered, "Other than kill time until we hear horrified screams over diapers? Not really. You?"

Sighing himself as he kept walking, Zuko put a hand to his stomach, "Kind of like some tea, I guess. My Uncle sort of rubbed off on me that way."

"I can tell." Mei moved in a little closer then, taking hold of Zuko's arm lightly as she moved to walking at the same pace as him. "Tea would be nice." After a moment, she then admitted, "I'm in the mood for sugar."

"Huh. Yeah, me too." Part of being a kid again I guess.

Actually, this was pretty different from being a kid the first time. Now they were far away from their respective families, so Zuko didn't have to worry about upsetting his parents and Mei didn't have hers constantly hovering over her. Not to mention without Mei's two best friends, it didn't feel so much like a girl's club.

Squeezing the girl's hand as they entered the village, Zuko admitted, "This is nice. We don't have Azula trying to break us up as usual..."

"Yeah..." Mei squeezed back as she pondered things a bit, almost looking like she was holding her tongue over something. As the two walked past a pair of huts right at the edge of town, however, she finally asked the question in her mind. Albeit, not quite directly, "If I wish this would last longer, does that mean I'm out of my mind or can it be written off as part of the effect?"

"Uh... Probably because we got changed," replied Zuko hurriedly. "I mean, I feel.... Sorta the same, and Toph is pretty comfortable about how she is so I think it's just natural."

"True." Another awkward silence then, until once more Mei asked a question. "And can the same be said if I feel a little disappointed?"

"I... guess." Not quite expecting this, Zuko turned his good eye to Mei, "What's got you so disappointed?"

"I don't know." Mei stopped and turned herself, looking directly at Zuko as she admitted with an unusually direct way, "I guess because neither of us had a great childhood, and this has been fun. Mostly."

"Yeah." Zuko smiled to himself at the fact, thinking back on it. A moment later, he said in all determination, "But it took me a long time to find out who I am and I can't just ignore all the-"

The prince was cut off as a soft rubber ball hit him on the back of his head, bouncing off and landing into Mei's hands. A kid stood a few feet behind them, surrounded by some friends, who shouted out, "Hey, girlie! Little help?"

"Hm." Mei looked at the ball for a second, and then took a look at Zuko; afterward she got ready to throw it back. Before she did, though, she asked her sorta-boyfriend, "Should we care if we leave him waiting long enough to play?"

Zuko smiled, turning back, "Heh. It's kind of his thing to get the unpleasant jobs..."

- - - - -

It was a bit later now - breakfast had been eaten, Katara's clothes had been changed, and everything seemed to be for the better.

Still, the group did have business to attend to and it was Ty Lee of all people who got to it. "So! Gotta head to town and get more food. Think you can handle the babies?"

"Um..." Tough call on Katara's part as she took a look at both Aang and Azula, then back at Ty Lee. "Actually, maybe we should all go. Just in case."

"Uh-huh!" Aang nodded very happily at the idea, wiggling his toes from where he sat in the grass, "We c'n getta to wide Appa 'dere!"

"Uh... No." Frowning in the direction of the Avatar, Azula spoke in her typically smug tone, which was diminished a little by still having some milk on her chin and sitting in Ty Lee's lap, "'Dat t'ing's way too ugwy fer me ta wanna fwy on. An' I wouldn' mindja getting' shot down when da navy saw ya nawmwy, but if I'm gonn' but up 'dere wif' ya, I wanna 'void 'dat."

"Got a point. Though ya know..." Ty Lee jumped to her feet unexpected, athletically catching Azula in her arms in the process without even upsetting the girl's balance much before saying, "It's not that far to a village from here - would probably just take a little bit walking."

"A little hard with a pair of babies, though." Katara still was willing to try and suggest something, though, and asked, "We don't have anything we could use to carry them, do we?"

"Hm? What, like a pram or something?" Ty Lee stopped to gaze off into nowhere as she pondered that, before smiling as she said, "We might be able to rig something up with what we've got!"

"NO! No pwamsh!" Shouted Azula in ernest up at Ty Lee. Crossing her arms, she demanded, "As Fiwah Nashun Pwincess, I wefuse ta be pawadud awound in somefin so demeanin'."

Aang however seemed much less bothered by the idea. The reason why became clear when he toddled over to Katara and asked, "Wassa pram?"

Aang probably wouldn't know, would he? Being raised by airbenders in the mountains and all...

After a second of considering how to explain that, the waterbender scooped up the tiny Avatar and clarified, "It's a sort of basket that has wheels on it." Not terribly accurate, but the best Katara could do to sum it up.

Meanwhile Ty Lee had something else entirely to try and manage on the subject. Namely, convincing Azula. "It's not that bad! We can make it nice and soft so you can just nap the whole trip away - you'd like that, huh?"

"I dun nee... Mm..." Okay, her eyelids were getting a little heavy. Frowning, the little princess rose one arm to rub them, admitting, "Well, I'm not gonn' be abul ta walk ta da vewwage an'eeway so dun need a pwam."

Narrowing her eyes, the infant growled out, "But I 'tink 'dis is jus' anudder 'scure fer ya ta coo and giggle 'bout how cute I am."

"Ya cawwy babies in baskets?" Aang toddled closer to Katara, leaning against her leg and snuggling with her, "Heheh. Is it comfy?"

"Heh. That's the idea..." Katara picked Aang up then, hugging him close as she explained, "Both easier to move babies around and nice and comfy too."

"Right!" Ty Lee popping up there, apparently deciding to ignore the clearly tired Azula's objections as they would soon not be relevant. "Though we need things to make one - can't be too hard, except the wheels."

"Huh. Wish Sukka was here," remarked Aang. He was good at building stuff. As he snuggled close and cooed with Katara though, an idea suddenly struck him, "Ooo, wait! I know!"

As soon as he had just gotten to snuggling with the Waterbender, Aang stopped, slipping out of her arms and back down the ground. He stumbled at first, landing on his rump, but soon got to his feet and a traditional Earthbending pose.

Pulling up a small rock, he soon slammed his tiny fists against it.... And at once the unneeded bits fell away, leaving a perfectly round wheel, "Ta-da!"

"Ooo, very nice!" With a grin as she walked over to it, still with Azula in hand, Ty Lee tapped a foot on the wheel to test how durable it was. Sure enough, just right.

"Think ya could make another three?"

"Careful, he might get a bit tired out like this..." With a little smile as she rubbed Aang's bald head, though, Katara admitted, "Though if we get this working right there'll be plenty of time to get caught up on sleep."

"Uh-huh! Uh-huh!" Aang nodded eagerly at the suggestion, happy to help out however he could, "I c'n jus' sweep in da basket! YA!"

From that, the little toddler went to making more tiny stone wheels for the future pram, knocking another rock apart into a circle of the same size. Azula, on the other hand, wasn't so happy about this prospect.

"You'sa acwobat," she told Ty Lee bitterly. "An' she'sa watabenduh, meanin' she must haff' at weast some stwengff. Is it weawwy so hawd ta cawwy two babies?"

"Well, it might be awhile!" That was one factor, but there was another that Ty Lee also had to point out, "Plus, if we get more supplies, we might not be able to carry both of ya and them all together."

"Right." Katara gave a little nod, afterward explaining, "Last time that wasn't as much of an issue since we used Appa, but since it's brighter out right now that could cause problems."

Supplies was an issue but Azula still wasn't that eager about being in a pram.

.... Hm. Actually, now that she thought about it, she had very vague memories about being pushed in something once. She could see her mother's smiling face somewhere. And then she lit something on fire, like a tree branch, and she heard her mommy cry out in surprise.

Unexpectedly, Azula let out a happy giggle in Ty Lee's arms.

Katara looked down to inspect Aang's progress, just in time to turn away from Ty Lee grinning at the baby she was holding herself. "What's got baby so giggly, huh?"

"N-Nuthin," cooed out Azula, surprised at herself. After an awkward cough that failed to make her look more dignified given her current state, she admitted, "I guess it'sh no pwobwem, wong as da pwam's comfy and ya dun make a big deal outta it."

"Yay!" Apparently not quite realizing Azula's word never really got any more deserving of being trusted than it usually was, Ty Lee just looked happy as she explained, "Well, we'll be sure to make it the best, comfiest one ever then!"

"Aww done!" cried Aang happily, plopping down on his bottom surrounded by a trio of wheels. Smiling up at Katara, the little Avatar cooed out, "Did I doa good jobbie?"

"You sure did." With that the Waterbender bent down to look at Aang more properly, smiling as she said, "We'll see if we can't rig something together now, okay?"

"Okay!" Aang soon hopped to his feet, willing to help out however he could. But as he toddled over to Katara's side, he apparently misunderstood his readiness to help just yet, as his diaper was starting to sag in the back. Not noticing, he simply asked the little girl, "What're we gonn' use ta build it?"

Meanwhile Katara scooped Aang up without quite realizing his problem immediately. Instead, she said, "Okay, now first we're going to need --"

Then she hit on it. And her reaction came only as an instinctive, "Ew..."

"Uh-huh." Ty Lee was all bubbly again, which always got Azula to glance away uninterested. She was mildly bored until she smelt the Avatar's problem.

Which Aang hadn't done yet, "Katawa? What'sh wong?"

Grinning meanly to herself, Azula soon cried out, "Can'tcha tell ya did poopies, stupid-head?"

"Wh-What?" Blushing at the very idea, Aang denied this with a loud, "Did not!" before asking Katara, for a grown-up confirmation, "Did I?

"Kind of..." Not that there was any "kind of" to it, but... In either case, Katara got to readying herself for diaper-changing once again. While she gave Aang a comforting hug, she turned her head to Ty Lee and said, "Well, guess I'll have to wait a few before I can help out..."

Though the gymnast's answer wasn't quite expected. "Well, if ya want I could do it! I'm not so good with putting things together anyway, so maybe you could work on what to do while I take care of the babies for a few minutes!"

"Ooo!" Okay, Aang really, really liked Katara- to the point that he didn't even mind having a poopy diaper so much just because she was hugging him. Still, as he cuddled back to her, cooing, he still felt like he'd rather have Ty Lee take off his underwear.

"Uh-huh," he murmured out, putting his arms around Katara's neck and squeezing it, "Wan' Ty Wee..." In spite of his diaper, he gave a litlte giggle, "Heee... But chou'll be okay wif' Azoowoo?"

"Azoo-wah," corrected the princess hotly, folding her arms.

Not having the best night at the moment... but I did enjoy working on this. Highlights for me are when Mei and Zuko ran into town to play, Katara's cootie-fears, and Aang using his bending as a baby. Azula's brattiness started to get old for me after a while, but Aang remained pleasant in how hyper-yet-cuddly he was.

Lots of love to :iconlizuka: for co-writing this with me. Go read :iconwright-as-rayne:.
