Excrement Containment Units

The Pokemon comic is one of the 25 most popular items in my gallery in spite of me not liking the art. The request from Richforce got 22 favorites in spite of it coming out lackluster. I really, really like the comic though, so I'm pretty sure it'll gonna get what? 13 favorites tops? Who is it that sends invitations for my pictures to be in groups? Send some to this one.

But yeah, I'm a huge, huge fan of Mega Man. And none of that NT crap, I like my Blue Bomber old school (although X and Zero are pretty cool). And being a Mega Man fan, I've wanted to pad Roll for some time due to her being so adorable but... it really wouldn't make any sense. I know we usually though logic to the wind when we diaper some of these characters, but Roll is a robot. She doesn't need diapers because... Yeah.

So I threw up this whole comic just so I'd have an excuse to do it. Had to shoehorn in this thing about her being re-purposed so she could eat and would tuhs produce excrement, requiring my usual wardrobe change. ^^ I was amazed how much fun I had with it. The two really did come out really great to write. I even wound up adding in that "Chocolate rules!" thing as an afterthought.

Also, wanna draw attention to 's colors this time- I think he did a particularly good job on this one. Look at the eyes especially- I drew them without pupils, figuring that would give them this great "robot" look, but when I explained that to Martin, he did me one better and threw in this great neon-kinda shading on the eye colors. It really makes them look artificial, which I love. He also gave them both exactly the same skin tone (which he usually never does) figuring that Dr. Light just had one big box of artificial skin for both of them.

Also I just think the term "Excrement Containment Unit" is kinda funny. Knowing me, even after Roll and Rock learn proper excrement disposal procedures they'll wanna keep wearing them because they're cute. Next time Blues swings by he's gonna let them know how silly they both look.
